Areas to look for

Looking for pointers on usual suspect areas on a escos. Main rust spots what else to look for when carrying out inspection of car.also trying to look old posts what were the original tyres from new , any pics available ? Any help greatly appreciated been 7 yrs since last owned one

Mine had a bit of rot here Gareth under the door rubber
Fortunately it was only one very small area and it is now sorted

Other areas you can see are the battery tray, sill lips etc, anything else you'll need to buy the car to check as it will be behind bumpers, skirts etc

You can check the towing eye by removing the little plastic plug thing, also you can kinda see behind the rear bumper.
Just take your time looking round it and don't assume because low milage it will be fine

Pretty sure original tyres were Perelli but I may be wrong

I'm sure some of the other more knowledgeable guys can advise you better than me

Thanks Ian, yeah will have good look just wanted to know problematic areas to concentrate on looks really original and genuine just wanted some pointers to look out for looks like original tyres??? I'm doing bit homework and wanted guys advice as I'm a novice compared to most on here!!!

front wings where muds get
the sunroof drains do front part of sideskirt
petrol cap and the neck too on the inside
