you'll get away with a standard/freshly built box for up to 300/320bhp. above that you should be thinking of an basic uprated gearkit. (look on mike r's or reylands websites for prices)
also a steel or alloy strengthening plate for the front diff casing.
best thing to do is to phone bara and ask for advise 01527 880011

Yup agree with that George, you don't really need a bara for 300ish BHP mate, overkill unless you plan on going 350/400+ in the future? Then of course it's a good investment and future proofing!
Fixit MT75 gearkit
Massively strong big tooth gear-kit suitable for high powered 4x4 Cosworths (uses standard first gear, but is available with an uprated item for an additional £275). PROVEN to be capable of handling the power required for 10s quarters in a number of Scandanavian cars. Semi-straight cut gears ensuring some degree of refinement. Now available with either a 6% or 11% taller fifth gear.
£2,600.00
bara would offer the same kind of kit but dont know his prices.
big advantage with bara is that all the parts in his kits are easily available when you need a freshen up or break something.
with the power your aiming for, it will be a fit and forget item.
