    Ok for those who have original is the attached picture showing the correct wing nut type thing and plate? Is the plate metal or plastic? Thanks

      that wing nut is correct yes, the plate I cant remember what it's made of and my car is in the garage and i'm in the house lol

                  Rocking horse poo!

                  I was lucky, I got mine off here for princely sum of about £10. And seeing as I've got a 18" spare, went and bought a longer coach bolt to fit and it's all secure now!


                  Just a thought, where does everyone fit the tool kit as mine won't fit in the gap between the rear seat and wheel now?
