What's the plan with regards to entrance tickets and getting in, do we need to meet you on the Sunday morning for a convoy in?

Would be a good idea to mate, I've managed to secure 6 tickets for free which Jimbo and I will pick up on Saturday morning from one of the organisers. Unfortunately tickets only for the drivers, not for any additional folk in your cars......could only be cheeky enough to a certain extent

Ben I have your number so we can text beforehand, but would you guys be up for meeting at our hotel (Hotel Asteria) at an arranged time? Its literally only down the road.

yeah that sounds like an idea, what time do you think you'll be leaving the hotel?

The gates open at 9am, but from memory it doesn't mean we can't get there earlier. So leave our hotel at 8am I'd say mate, as others in your cars will need to buy tickets at the gate. So gives us enough time to stick together and venture onto our stand together. Dave (Monster) will also be bringing a little trade stand with him to set up on our stand, so it should be quite a busy in our area.
