Just dropped the oil on my astravan to find the rubber o ring on the sump plug is shot. No option but to cycle to the vauxhall garage just down the road. Nearly collapsed with laughter when he told me the price, he was embarrassed to say the least. I've got hundreds of o rings at work, Bum raping at it's finest.

Had to buy four injector seals for a transit can the other day, they were £53, unbelievable, that and the injector seals in the rocker cover £27 each plus vat x4 I re used the old rubber seals in the rocker cover.

I needed clutch bolts for a saxo vts back in the day clutch has 6 bolts......citreon sold them in packs of 5! £40 a pack !! Bolts were dearer than the clutch kit
