Any good metalworker/individuals/garage??

Asking for a friend of mine who has an escos and wanting some work done to it...

Does anyone know of a garage/someone who is actually available to do some metalwork and rebuild an escort?

Hard to describe without pics but he tells me he is looking for someone who is capable of stripping the car to its bare shell safely (without damaging any bits).. repair/replace rot in sills and floorpan.. and rebuild back up to a top level... if they can do paint will be a bonus but not essential as shell can be painted by someone I know who is top notch...

Knowing what sort of finish he is after (concourse) budget will reflect that...
