........ it's a nice bright sunny and dry morning and you decide to give the car a quick full bore shakedown on a stretch of road you know very well

So you're giving her the full beans and you come barrelling confidently round a bend you know all too well and..........ok, the council have set up some temporary traffic lights just a bit down the road from the exit of the bend, the bastards !!!! FAAAAARRRRRKKKKKKINELLLL

All I can say is thank you very much AP Brakes and Michelin tyres Eventually came to a stop in a cloud of brake and tyre smoke less than a foot off the back bumper of a car sat at the lights lol, he looked at me in his rear view so I just put my arm out the window all casual like and played it cool even though I felt like throwing up and was shaking like a leaf lol

No question, biggest stop of my life still shaking lol

Talking about brakes I've go ap,s front and rear anyway never been happy with the brake pedal always felt strange so I stripped the pump down today to find the wires were burnt out. Phoned the local scrappy to see if they had one in they said yes ! I said Jesus how rare anyway I bought it , minted it , fitted it now feels amazing so well pleased thumbs up for ap calipers

Speaking of ap brakes just this morning i picked up some mint genuine 16" cosworth wheels so my big brakes will be going some wear on the discs, pads are as new and calipers are in great shape (black with yellow writing), anyone have an idea what they might be worth,sorry for hijacking your thread jules.

depends on what size they are, type of calipers and 4 pot or 6 pots.

ap 4 pot with mounting brackets and bolts, 330mm discs with bolted bells and braided hoses , on closer inspection the clear coat is lifting off the calipers so probably would need painting.
