Cat c be no more after august?

Mate was saying that after august cat c will be no more an all cars that are repairable will be cat d? an if you dont have your cat c car vic testes by august it will be a breaker? anyone know for sure what stroy on it?

I read that there is a shake up going to happen, but understood it is a few years away - think it might have been on pistonheads that I read it.

Vosa told me if u have a cat c and hasn't been tested then the car won't need a vic test after vic is scrapped

I meant not sure if it's still the case for bikes, always made me laugh about the vans, as the pikeys love a stolen transit
Just took me 4 weeks to get an appointment for a vic
