  • Body Shell

I am after a bit of advice please.

I have just purchased a brand new right hand drive unused ford escort cosworth motor sport 909 body shell fitted with a roll cage. What is required to get a V5 for this shell. There is no serial numbers on the shell except for the 909 tag.

I also have a used ford motorsport 909 shell registered as an escort cosworth on 1988 on the V5, can I get this transferred over to the new body shell. if not what is the old shell worth with the V5, it has slight damage to the floor pans but I have replacements ready to fit.

I'm somewhat baffled as to why that would be the case.

Found out I can transfer the ID across, so that now leaves me the question what is my old shell worth with no ID.
