Has anybody on here put in a custem stereo system ie subwoofer installation in the boot

best way to hide it ?just dont want to take up the whole boot whats left of it

Always said i wouldn't do it with this car but i have just upgraded the stereo in mine to overcome the sound of the straight cut gearbox........ doesn't have to take up much room as i just fitted front two way component speakers by Focal and i found this tiny little Cerwin Vega amp that i've put under the passenger seat and a JL sub box in the boot, it isn't too big atall really though i don't have the tool kit in there which helps

Yeah, it's a 4 channel so bridged the rear pair on low pass for the sub. Will have to take some pics......I also put loads of Dynamat in the front doors

Doesn't take up much room in the boot and you can just see the amp under the pax seat.......if i'd of put the amp in longways rather than sideways you may not of seen it atall but i wasn't really bothered

I have these in my boot i custom built these boxes
uprated the door speakers and rear speakers to , the whole system
is hidden away , running 2 amps all running of the standard head unit

I have the boot off at the moment a couple of tools wiper blade, and a little bit of speaker cable, i just slotted the speakers back in for now

If you want a load of quality wiring and fuse boxes etc mate, give me a shout, don't go out and pay shop prices because I've got all sorts from a previous build I had that'll help you on your way. I can detail all the stuff I've got.
