  • wow what a difference !!

I just had my turbo refurbished as id lost quite a bit of power, put it back on and only reached 20 psi peak when it should be 30psi and holding at 26-28. Amal valve jetting has always confused me until yesterday when I rang mark shead !! He explained all and advised me what to do and now it peaks at 30psi and holds at about 27-28psi and she flies !! The power dosnt seem to tail off untill youve ran out of revs . Well pleased . Thanks mark shead top man
New project on !! Another Cosworth coming soon!!

Im running 2wd set up, if you are too then depending on what boost your meant to be running you have to jet the amal valve. The jet in port c for my set up should be about 1.5mm hole, and mine was 3mm so I was loosing boost by drilling it out. I had no jet in port r (airfilter) so i put one in with a 3mm hole. Now im back to full power.
