Abs light

Right gents, my ABS light is on, does the car need to go to a ford garage to get the diagnostics machine or will any decent auto spark be able to do it for me??
I'm aware the sensors are no longer available for the rear

cant you check one sensor at a time to maybe get a idea which it maybe as it may just need a clean

Just check it for dirt you mean?? Scared I break one that's ok, especially the ones you can no longer get.

Any decent code scanner should be able to pull ABS codes and point you to the faulty sensor or module. I have one each of the last three SCT excals which will read the codes, but my current go-to is a U-Scan tool that bluetooths to a U-Scan app on my iPhone. It's inexpensive, expandable, and keeps a history on each vehicle you read.
