  • Mark (MK) in serious bike accident!

I've received a few texts from people lately to confirm the rumours, so I've now been asked by a family member to post this update.

Mark was racing on his motorbike in a track event and accidentally clipped another biker, sending Mark and his bike somersaulting off the track. The bike then landed on him, breaking countless bones and puncturing his lung. He was then airlifted to Swansea General where he has been ever since, coming in and out of ITU with breathing difficulties. I'm told this morning that he's recovering very slowly, but there's a long road ahead.

Can I ask someone to please copy/paste this on Passionford for me and I will update the thread as I get more info.

    Many thanks,

    Al

My brother had a similar accident with same results some years ago and, fortunately, he continues with his normal life nowadays.
            So best wishes for him!!
