Lights adjuster film

Anybody knows where I can find the inside film (some numbers are ruined) for the lights adjuster?Ford does not produce this part anymore!!

Looks like a job for an airbrush artist. Should be a simple fix for anyone experienced with cutting masks on a vinyl cutter and paint matching - custom motorcycle painter or sign shop.

that part wasn't available for the uk market so will be very rare in the uk
