We don't bother with it, the wifes birthday and our wedding anniversary was 2 days ago so we've bought enough cards

It's actually a historic event, but made into a gimic by the U
Yanks. Hate it, everything over priced and restaurants always packed. We do santes dwynwen in Wales which is based on very old folklore, but much more respected that today's rubbish

That said, personally, we find it difficult to spend any time together these days having a 2 year old son and all but that's just how it is. Can still arrange time where you can have the odd night or whatever but not at a premium! We're not doing anything today...infact, I'm half contemplating taking the Escort out

I got to disagree as i took the wife out to a valentine dinner and dance which turned out to be a great night and piss up... back down the boozer today together with the hair of the dog excuse so all good for me
