help with pricing engine

can anyone help me price up this engine was built back in 95 using brand new 200 block,cosworth pistons,lightend balanced bottom end,brand new mountune cylinder head with rs500 inlet matched to the head,mountune cams,double valve springs,rs500 thermostat housing,twin clutch.rs500 tubo? and full dry sump system....engine has never run so is as was built, was built for a group b car comes with loom ecu etc to run it

havnt a clue how to price it but cost a fortune to build
