I need an alloy or stainless steel tube ideally bent to the shape of this pipe I made up, unfortunately my pipe bender only goes to 22mm and I only had 15mm lying around

Any idea's, cause I ain't got a bloody clue who could

Ben I'm sure ah fabrications could do that for you no problem they've done pipes like that before for me what size ie bore do you need it?

Now that's a good question Adam, I have absolutely no idea, its to be used as a cooling system pipe, from what I've seen about 1.5mm thick appears to be the norm

As said they can make you one but Need to know pipe size ie outside dia, and if you send it them they'll copy it and swage the ends.

No problem supplying them the diameters and sending it in the post, to recap it's 25mm OD and 1.5mm wall diameter.
Am I best to contact them direct or do you get a special price from them and best to go through you?

I did think about this as I already have a pipe bender for 15 and 22mm pipe, but the 22mm pipe is a little small, the next size would be 28mm but I don't have a pipe bender for that size plus I'm struggling to find any 28mm hoses to connect to that and the rad and to the thermostat housing, 25mm gives me enough flexibility in being able to source the required hoses for each end, nothing is ever simple is it!!!
