No mate they aren't I've got the same problem as you, if u find a stash of Cossie parcel shelves give me a shout as I've been struggling for ages to find one

I got one out of a mark 5 and it fitted fine. Most of them are a different colour and the mk 5b doesn't fit. Luckily I found a really shit J reg Mk 5 and it was identical.

Guys, I am not sure if the shelfs are the same length or not, but check the bumper-rubbers attached to your parcel shelf.
The mkV rubbers are much bigger than the Cosworth ones and this could make the trunk impossible to close properly.
