Tech Question - Anyone bought a Sport Cat?

Hi folks, anyone bought a Sport Cat for their car and where did you get it from and price. I've rung GGR and they want £300 for one. I know they always tend to be expensive so I wondered if anyone can recommend anyone else that does similar things any cheaper?

There's loads on E-BAY but are they any good? And which should I go for?

I had a full system from GGR with sports cat,cost £800 fitted. never had any trouble with it, went thro every mot no bother.

In fairness that is about the right price. Got a neighbour who's had to have a new CAT on a pug 308, thats cost much more than £300

Fair enough. I know theres will be right, just didn't know if there were any bargains to be had.

I've got to put a new one on mine, struggled with the last MOT I'm hoping it can wait until next year now.

Not got one yet Paul, I think if I do get one it'll probably be their one.

Darren, do you know how many cells are in the cat, mate?

For a good quality 100-cell cat thats what they cost. 200-cell a bit more

You can buy cheap ones that pass 1 mot

100-cell?

Should pass with ease. What afr are you running and did you give it boot before mot? cat has to be hot to work properly.

Full GGR system on mine and never had a problem passing the MOT.

my mongoose one used to pass no bother, but its got closer to the limit over the past 3 years. They degrade with use I guess.
