  • any internet Guru's help please

Any one know why I keep getting the following numerous times a day. Its not just for this site but any I try to access.

    This site can’t be reached
www.escortrscosworth.com’s server DNS address could not be found.
    Try:
Checking the proxy, firewall, and DNS configuration
    Running Windows Network Diagnostics
    DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_BAD_CONFIG

oh yes were with BT Infinity ( Home Hub 5)

It might help but try clearing your internet history and cookies.

I sometimes can't log on here once I clear and reload it all works.

    Hope it helps

Try flushing your DNS. (Domain Name System)

      Open up DOS prompt

Normally you get it by going
      Start/run/CMD

And then type ipconfig /flushdns Then press enter.

There is a space after the ipconfig.

      Give that a go.

Thanks Guys, yes been doing that for a month and not resolved. I also get it on my other lap top and my Iphone just doesn't load up at times? Even reset the Hub. I was wondering if any one else on BT Hubs have a similar issue

            Thanks Darren,
Thinking bout it, it seems to be when our guests have been using our wifi. I wonder if there is a limit to the amount of devices using the hub at one time? Its working now thank goodness.

Possibly, you could be hitting its max if its an old one.

It must be my hub as I don't have any probs when I use my Iphone as a hot spot? BT rep ( some where in India) keeps telling me its my computer and every other device I have connected that is at fault. Yet using the Hotspot no issues at all. Typical
