I saw it and didn't like it either, not a patch on the first one and in my opinion some of the CGI work was well below the first film standards which were really rather good
It's too long, too much focus on the robots (and their at times pony CGI) and not enough on the characters, basically an exact reversal of the first film.
Very disapointing

This film is directed more at the Transformers fanboys than film fans, the first one had a good mix of people story and f'ing great big robots beating the shit out of each other-which was cool.
This one is all robots, 2 of them being the most annoying characters since Jar Jar Binks

Warren-must have nodded off as didn't pick up on that and I am a big Star Wars fan too
