How much to rebuild T34

Just had a new group A headgasket and headset kit fitted, now after I come on boost theres a puff of blue smoke and I can smell burning oil. I reckon its my turbo. How much would it cost to rebuild it?

Did the car use to do this before the headgasget and headset gasgets were fitted or has it just started since the gasgets have been replaced

It might sound stupid but its not topped up with too much oil is it?

Nope never did this before the change, I didnt check how much ol they put in. probably a good idea that I do. It was done by my regular tuner but I guess its always bet to check.
