Original Front Spoiler/Splitter

Hi folks, sensibly what is a good genuine Escort Cosworth stone deflector and front splitter worth these days?

I'm sort of half tempted to go carbon (I like those matt finish carbon ones) but only if selling these covers it and more.

I didn't actually realise mine were the original stuff until very recently, I actually thought they were an incredibly good replica, but looking at them yesterday when the car was actually out I realised they were.

Anyway, thoughts would be appreciated.

Oh, and who is it sells those matt finish spoilers, splitters and hockeysticks?

It's okay mate, I'll find it. Thanks though. I'm only testing the water at the moment. Maybe a mod over the winter though if I can get a good price for the standard stuff.

Would love a proper one on the car i must admit but would struggle to justify the cost at the moment even if i could find one

Gonna stick with me carbon for a bit even though not impressed with it as the stones chip the laquer and make it look naff - matt could well be better

it depends on the condition, i bought a complete set for £80 (admittedly from a mate). The splitter and stone deflector were mint, but the hockey sticks weren't and needed repairing.

Yes, I've seen a few matt ones now Julian, and they do look nice. But unless it's worth my while I'll stick with what I've got.

I'm just testing the water at the moment, I wouldn't be doing anything til the car is off the road for the winter anyway. But we shall see.....

ps Even though I wasn't on the stand you did a great job yesterday Ben, getting all those cars sorted. I did stop for a chat with Julian and it was just awesome to see all those Escort Cossies together in one place.

I got a bit sunburnt as well, I didn't expect that, especially after what Saturday was like. What a great day!
