anyone ever ordered anything thru AutoTint?

ordered some parts thru them 3 weeks ago tomorrow.

when i phoned up a week later just to see where the parts were i was told they are being made as we speak and should be sent out within a few days, this is after they told me 3 - 4 days when i first placed the order

anyway, rang again last wednesday and he told me they were on there way to me, so i kept my fingers crossed they would have been here for the weekend so i could set about fitting them.

anyway, still no luck
just rang again, and hes now just told me that the place that makes the parts for them are hard to contact, that they use the same number for fax and phone and it was only a few days ago he manged to confirm my order had been placed with the company making them

what a load of bollox, i think i left it quite plain and clear at the end.
i was clear and stated 'if nothing by lunchtime friday then ill call back, i would like a full refund and my order cancelled as i could have had these made within a few days, but as you had quoted 3 - 4 days it made it easy just to place the order with yourselves'

i left it at that and said goodbye

The prob with alot of websites is they take yer money, then say stock due in !

some chequer plate floor sections for the front, exactly the same as what Dave (Jacko996) ordered.

didnt really want to use proper car matt's, so i was going to use them, get them anodised black. and they have some neat little quick release fixings.
similar style and setup as Porkie had

ive seen them advertised in a few mags but never thought much of it.

Erm, chequer plate shaped perfectly to fit in the front foot wells.

Just spotted this matey

Did not have an issue with mine at all, Ordered them on a Tuesday and were delivered on the Friday so no complaints from me.
The fixing thing is a load of Bollox though, as its for when you have carpet and all it does is hooks into the carpet if you know what i mean.

I did contact the firm that actually manufactures them, but they said I had to order through a supplier, which I did ( cant even remember the details I gave you now Kelv my filing system is shite.)
