  • Overfueling ideas please

The C/O is 9-10 and stuggling to get it down. Changed the Blue Water Temp Sensor..

    What else to check?

Why did you change your water temp sensor, or did the Pectel monitor say it was U/S?

Could be the MAP sensor, but again this would come up on your monitor?

This is why you have one, to alert you to these things, without it you are stabbing in the dark.

Nordschleife, there's only two barriers to worry about - the ones on the left and the ones on the right .

Just realised that this could still be Franco's car?

If so, he NEEDS to get his Pectel monitor to communicate with the ECU as a priority. Would be funny iff all his work last night (given the abuse about the WRC breather he was giving me ), was completely un-necessary, when the Pectel monitor pointed to the correct source of the issue.

That'll learn him to go in eyes closed .

To confirm this, swap with yours.

Check the wiring to the TPS is the correct way round?

Check the TPS is the correct one for the ECU?

How is the AFR being monitored?

Does the mixture screw have any effect?

Fuel Mixture screw is having no effect, he is presently at a MOT garage on a C/O machine.

He has a YBT TPS black in colour (PF04?) would that not work with the Level 8 ? or would using the older ecu need any wiring changes to the TPS?

Post up the following info from Pectel monitor when the car is hot:
                Water temp (should be 87°C)
Throtte position at idle should be 3°
                Injector duration at idle

The TPS should be a PF09?

No, I left shortly after I got off the phone to you.

Map sensors reading right, throttle angle is a little out but not to the point it would cause an issue.

Only thing out of the ordinary is the high water temperature... But I need to check the rad switch tonight as I have a feeling its red not green!!!
