great car when they first came out but would not touch one with a barge pole now, they have major isues with the ecu's. and has already been said general parts such as clutch etc are a imposible to find.
      xflow way to go!

Lotus carlton would be nice!, not sure if all the horror stories are true. A guy at work has one, his engine went 'pop', he soon got another one to replace it with, also know of another one having the engine rebuilt at the mo, seems to be having no bother getting most parts off the shelf. Gearbox wise isn't it a corvette box?, does it run a special clutch arrangement?

Keep it until you have to sell it, no point putting in all that hard work & then selling up so that someone else can enjoy it.

If you do sell I'd go for the M3 CSL, cars !!

I think you should keep it

As it will give me more time to get some cash up togever and have it of you

I must say I was out tinkering with it yesterday and it is looking very nice now it's all back together and running, maybe I should keep it for a while

stick with the migration mate its all a ploy to get you to drop out, when i did mine almost 10 years ago now many a time i felt like telling them to stuff it, but i stuck with it and it was the best thing i have ever done, if you dont do it for yourself do it for the kids. As for the car i would go the lotus carlton, cos all the others you can get here in OZ but i have never seen one of them here.

I saw a LC advertised in New Zealand, looked in quite a sorry state parked in what looked like a field
We are still going with our plans to come over to Oz but 3 - 5 years is a hell of a long time to put your life on hold and the requirements they will need then may well be completely different to what they want now.
                          It's all very, very disappointing
