Solid Cradle Mounts from FordRallyCar off here if he has them

B&M quick shift is the whole lever, R&B quick shift is the bottom part which attaches to the gearbox. From what I remember:

                1. Undo the gearbox cradle (4x 13mm bolts)
                2. Undo the gearstick cradle at the back (2x T45 hex bolts)
                4. There is a black rubber protector over the stick, etc. Remove this
                3. Undo the 13mm bolt (13mm on both ends) which holds the bottom of the stick to the gearbox (This is the awkward part)

Hope this helps, but Ive probably forgot something or got the wrong size bolts

i found it very tight and fiddly, i had to distroy the rubber protector but sprayed the area with white grease and fitted another, the whole job is great if you have little hands!!

No, the B&M shifters are too short and will always beat the syncros, resulting in crunching if you change gear with any speed. Also, they rattle like a biatch, which is hugely annoying IMO .
