-6.5 yesterday morning driving into work, seemed to average around -3 throughout the day
late afternoon the snow came in thick and fast and it almost brought the area to a standstill

today a little of the same, not as cold tho.
seemed to be around -1 to +1, and the odd burst of snow flakes during the afternoon but nothing seemed to settle for more than a few minutes, but its now coming down again and starting to settle.

-6.5 in England is cold 0 degrees in England also feels colder than 0 degrees here in Norway IMO, no idea why

must admit, i do feel sorry for everyone having to sit about and what for ages, + now having a stack area on the old A45- middle of no where - nothing there pitch black!!

yeah glad i dont run containers any more, used to really do my head in when traffic planners got us reloads/jobs back to felixstowe knowing the weather was gonna turn sour if it hadnt already

Ditto mate, I'm keeping EVERYTHING crossed it stays like that! It pisses me off in this country that we arn't prepared for anything, it descends into pandemonium (sp) when you get a little harsh weather and snow fucks EVERYTHING up!

it felt extremely cold yesterday, and i was outside from 7:30am until 4pm

i really wish i had come over with Neil earlier in the year now, maybe next time

Kim's just taken a walk out to the road and everywhere is a white blanket, if it continues the same as it is now continually during the night then i suspect it to be like this again in the morning

Just took 3/4 of hr to get to my mums (only live 2 miles away would have been quicker to walk) as her night carer has not turned up suprise suprise

As of this present moment the snow we had around our way has pretty much gone on the ground, just wet windy and very very cold

i was told that our cold compared to other countrys cold differs due to humidity,we are blessed with damp weather where as say canada or north america is bitter dry cold,here its always damp cold and yes you can tell the difference.

got quite a bit over night and took me bloody 2 hours to get to work on the train this morning, and how the hell does the train driver miss a stop we had to get permission to go back up the track again
