Help with shipping on ebay..

Does anyone know what to do when the seller wants to open for shipping to other country's than GB?
When i try to purchase from him, i get this message:
You are registered in a country to which the seller doesn't ship.

Note: If you are still interested in bidding on or buying this item, you may contact the seller and ask that they exempt you from any buyer requirements.

And he is willing to ship to me, but cant get it to open for me to bid..

Try and get a freind you can trust in the country of the ebay you are trying to buy to act as a shipping address, thats what i do.

item sent say £100 plus shipping!-guy receives it(if your lucky!) then you get the NOT AS DISCRIBED SHIT!! HE WANTS HIS MONEY BACK OR A %%%% PAYPAL CLAIM GOES IN AND HERE YOU ARE IN THE SHIT.he then proccesdes to post you a shit item back that hes had in doors just waiting for -YOU!!-LOL-
