Anyone able to point me to the person I need to ask for access on other sections of the forum i.e. the project threads and that? Or do I need to go out and buy an Escos?

I sympathise with your plight, that's how I got my name" 20 posts a day".lol.
Best to get your self vouched for that helps. Its the same when you sell an ESCOS IIRC your name goes back to being vouched for.
Its the way of the forum and works very well.
