I have recently bought a 93 escort cosworth and experiencing problems with the right inner cv joint jumping out and being destroyed.
I fitted a good second hand one which was all checked and greased prior to fitting.
After fitting and double checking i drove 500 yards and it has burst the inner cv housing on my replacement one as well.
any help or advice would be greatly appreciated as i am scratching my head here.
