Modern warfare 2 on the PS3

I kept getting half way through a game then it would come up with a server error then kick everyone out of the game.

It's the Yellow Light Of Death when your PS3 power light flashes yellow then red then shuts down.
It needs the main circuit board "re flowing" so can be expensive to fix, or there are a few diy fixes on youtube.

Had it repaired twice.

Now im doing it myself as we speak using the youtube guide.

Got it on the dining table in a thousand bits, just about to re flow it and then stick it back together and fingers crossed it'll be back.

If it dies again i will get a new one.

Adam, I sold my 360 as I never used it. The only game I play is MW2 and there is not point spending £200 on a console when hardly any of my mate have them, so won't be online with anyone. I use my blu ray player 2-3 times per week which the 360 cannot do.

But yes, the 360 is a better gaming console and Kinect looks like fun

Thanks Si I've been having very good games recently unless camping fuckers are playing I amazingly won a game of free for all 28 kills and next 2 people were on 26 each, but I was 2 kills behind most the game the next game campers were playing and I didn't get over 10 kills

I've noticed your not getting over 10 kills each game? Try changing your gun to a shot gun. Brilliant for most games

Yeah repaired sweet, but only lasted 3 days then froze up and my mw2 disc got stuck in the machine, so I've opened it up got the disc out and have to bite the bullet and buy a new one now

Tiredness last night mate, shouldn't really have been playing at all. One question bud, in the game in Favela, you got the game winning kill against me with a semtex that you lobbed through the window of the 3 story building in the centre how did you know I was in there? I'd only spawned 7 or 8 seconds before, and hadn't even fired a shot

I did laugh when I saw it blew you up someone killed me from that window, I spawned, run to it and threw a bomb through the window. You was just in the wrong place at the wrong time

I do get some long distance, good kills with the bombs. Sometimes I just randomly through them and kill people most of MW2 is about being in the right place at the right time.
