I'll probably have one off you, I bought one of those IECS ones but never fitted it as it was in fucking kit form!!! Who the fuck expects a customer to solder their own wiring to get the product to work? Waste of £400 if you ask me

Hi James, what's the latest on these engine monitors? Did any go into Production? Did you have any luck with the small turbos? We've been waiting years for something like this!

The L8/P8 Pectel version is working now, so that one won't be too long before its released, the P8 std firmware one is working fine and we have sold plenty of these units along with the Lancia and Alfa Units,

Small Turbo one is something we will try and get working, but its not an easy one to do.

The guy who makes them has relocated, so we have had a bit of a delay with them, but we are back on track now.

              Regards James.

Completely standard ECU on a Std Chip, if its changed and a different firmware is used it would need the pectel version, but may still work if the firmware used was standard,

The P8 usually needs a solder mod done inside to stream data, but on the std firmware they are plug and play with no mod required, the mod would have to be done on the pectel unit.
                    Regards James.

James so what does that actually mean i real terms, i was thinking about getting one but when i was fitting the wasted spark board in the ECU (p8) there was a GGR chip piggy backed in their, would this work with your standard setup/software.

                          Thanks.

Is it connected by diagnostic plug on p8, and does it matter what chip you have

Work on aftermarket firmware now, so we can cover all basis on P8. plugs into the diagnostic plug 8-11-27 then apply power.
