I have got a 1995 N reg small turbo with air conditioning but my air con condenser rad started leaking, I have managed to source a new rad but I also need connecting pipes as the threads got ruined when trying to take them apart, is there any companies out there that can make me new pipes up or what have you all done in the past as I have heard this is a common problem? Or does anyone have any good second hand pipes going? Any help I would really appreciate it as I have now been stuck like this for about 3 years now

any decent aircon place should be able to make pipework to suit as long as your not bothered about them lookng factory -
They're a pain in the arse as the different types of metal on the pipes and condenser react and corrode over time, leading to the damage you've found. As above, most air con places will be able to use generic pipes and fittings.Comment
