I have, makes the shift a fare bit stiffer and quicker.
I rebushed the cradle at the same time so can't really say how much it improves by its self. Its quite a fiddly job best to have access to a ramp.
I damaged the rubber bushe under the gear nob and replaced with a 3D printed one, it clicks when changing up gear but not down

I've had one in my car for about 25 years. Came from a Ford RS dealer somewhere in England (Bristol??) who specialised in performance parts, and I seem to remember they were the purveyors of the original quickshift for the Escos. It's a whole gearstick though. I've been racking my aged brain to try to recall what the dealership was called, but no recollection, and it's driving me nuts trying to remember!! Any ideas?Jim
