Was there a range of Ford radio cassette and CD player units available for the Escort Cosworth? I have the 2007 RDS and 2040 CD units but the LCD screen seems to have broken on the radio cassette (lights up but blank/no display)...and I’ve seen in other threads where other units have been used?

The early ones had the early 2007 or 2008 versions with or without the 2028 CD Player, while later onces had the later model 2007 or 2008, with or without the 2040 CD Player.

Not dear (later ones anyway) - always plenty on eBay. Was a NOS one there the other day, in fact.

My old RS2000 mk5 had the cassette player and separate CD player, that was the best thing about the bloody thing!
