    The inlet cam can play havoc with the air flow meter at low rpm. Time to change the ecu.

      can't have 380 bhp with just an inlet cam! you need to tell us the spec as i'm assuming its clearly not standard specifically the ecu /ancilleries
      got to be a big turbo conversion surely ?

        Probably needs the idle airflow requirements adjusted to suit the cam.

        What injectors you running to support 380 or 400hp and how have the injector flow rates been adjusted in the ecu to suit?
