  • Spark plugs

AGPR 12PP is correct, problem is finding some new - discontinued. They do appear on ebay, but expect to pay £20 a plug.

There is probably an equivalent, I did try some NGK ones but it idled roughly no matter how gapped. I managed to find an old stock set of 4, had the last 4 that our local Ford dealer had. They weren't having any more in.

As the AGPR12PP small turbo plugs are no longer available and very rare, what other plugs are people using in small turbo cars with no running issues.?

Quite some time ago, ditched the misfiring Denso's for the NGK's in the pic. Checked/set gaps to suit. No more random misfire.

I've always had issues with Denso's swapped to NGK a long time ago and never had misfires since.

Sorry to revive an old post, but I have a misfire on Denso plugs as well and am having trouble getting the NGK ones on this thread(I am in Ireland) They have a Bosch equivalent. Are they a no go or any other options? Thanks

I use denso IK24/27 on every engine over the last 15years and never had a problem.

For standard and stage 1 the IK24 the best one.
