whats the best way to take the dash out for changing the loom?

    right i understand now...

    do you have a big turbo escort cosworth engine loom? are you trying to connect that to the small turbo loom plugs in the engine bay? and use some of the small turbo engine loom between the engine loom plugs and the ecu scart.....



    your best bet is to run a 4x4 saph engine loom complete and wire it directly into the car fresh ie dont even attempt to join looms together... all the wiring on the loom is done for you you just need to connect 4 wires for it to run!! as for the oil gauge just leave that part of the small turbo loom connected and curl the small turbo ecu scart up behind the dash..

            i wouldnt waste my time with it mate.. others will say different... me and martinembeldon both run a saph 4x4 loom it so easy its like wiring a car sterio in...

                  yep Stevie i am going to have a chat with Mark see what he thinks nearly every nut and bolt brand new,clips from ford,lights all round (except morretes),brake discs,pads,calipers,flexis,bushes,engine mounts,engine,loom,paint job,wheels,tyres,powder coated bits,cv boots,wheels bearings,samcos,t34, every thing mate and tbh i have spent alot more plus carbon,splitter,hockey sticks,carbon wolf rear spoiler,carbon cambelt cover,carbon airbox lid still waiting on mike for it,carbon heatsheild just spent 3k getting it bare metal paint job
                  everything to be honest
                  int is mint aswell 52k on it all original panels and was orginal paint only one panel had paint and will have the drive shafts and feul filter and bracket chromed aswell

                    craig dont loose heart now mate youv came to far i had my dash out to do the heater matrix andwell it was out ripped out all the old imobiliser wires rewired up all the rear screen and foglights that wernt working when i bought the car and wired in a hiddin kill switch i done it in a weekend and im not tht great with electrics its not a big job
                    How do you not get an auto sparky to come to your garage to do it yeh u might be about £250-£300 but least the car wont leave your site

                      a sparky Iain would be more to the 5-600 quid but Shaun say he can do it but as i said i dont like it not being in my garage as you know Iain i have spent BIG buck on this fkr and just starting to hate the fkn thing now

                        craig have a little break from it mate, them go back to it in a couple off weeks or when the misses is getting on your nerves.lol..
