      O rings still not sure we are both talking about the same thing are you on about where the inlet meets the head ? Because that's not what i've been doing............ i've cracked the plenum in half........ so basicly seperated the bit with the 4 additional injectors on in half no o rings here, just one big rectangular compressed card gasket

      Would have got it finished had the heavens not opened up

                Realisticly should i expect this plenum to be 100% airtight just pumped it up again and can still hear bloody hissing no so bad now, but still............

                only bubbles i can see at the moment is where a little line from the fuel pressure reg. joins it............ only a little plastic connection, not sure if it's threaded or push fit

                  Tightened in the little plastic bit mentioned before............ no more bubbles. Did wonder if the hissing was just the air passing through the throttle butterly...........

                  Test drive done........... but still not convinced all the horses are at home after all that

                  I guess as Mark says.......... RR............ Only way to really be sure
