The issue is that you cause the majority of the problem by selling the stuff direct to the public, so then these people don't buy off YOUR resellers, who then don't order stuff from you, because people are buying it direct, so they aren't selling as much (also, it then makes them reluctant to buy in bulk for the same reason, as they're scared of having it sit on the shelf for months while people buy off you directly) . If you referred everyone that approached you to your resellers (as a good supplier does), then I can assure you that both your turn-over and profitability would improve. But you can't see this . As I said, it is NOT (in the main) your products, it is YOU that is the problem and causes these issues .

mike you dont seem to listen ,this is why i sell to the public because no one is prepared to stock the parts ie put there money into parts ,why dont you do it then you spend so much a month with me and i will not sell to anyone else ,why do you seem to want to talk on here but wont answer the phone

i started the thread rgarding the hubs, could give a shit about whats happened about other parts, i just want to know if these hubs would be a worth while move on the escort and what benefits i would get ussing the 3dr gemometry

sorry mate for not getting back a bit fustrated at the moment ,there isnt a cast one available at the minute with 3 dr geomerty that will fit an escort ,they are a lot lighter than 3dr ones ,its more the geometry that is the benifit ,but the offset is unsprung weight which gives a improvement aswell ,i dont realy come on here i only did today coz get a few txts this morning off people saying rainbird was up to his tricks again

im not interested in the geometry only the weight reduction, so for an escos do you know what the total weight saving is per hub, do you have them made and how much are they for a pair?

It's YOU that doesn't seem to listen, as I know for a fact that you have been told this from EVERYONE you deal with (as that is what they tell me as being the main reason for falling out with you). So you may think it is egg before chicken, but others think it is chicken before egg....

As to your offer, how can you do that and expect me to take you seriously, when you have said the same to Harvey @ SCS, Dan @ Rapid Ford, Steve @ A1 and currently Martin @ Reyland, who is supposed to be your present exclusively dealer? This is why I buy your bits off Martin, because although I KNOW I could get them through you, I also know that Martin is "supposed" to have exclusivity at present, so due to the fact that I like AND respect him, I will continue to maintain the situation as it is SUPPOSED to be and order the parts through him. So how can there be exclusivity to me, when you promise the same thing to everyone? It is this kind of thing that I am pointing out as being the problem. Exclusivity should mean exclusivity, not exclusivity until someone has spent a load of money with you and then you move on to the next company that is going to be your exclusive distributor.

As to not answering the phone, I have just retrieved the phone from the car and have NO missed calls from you. However, I do have four missed calls from a "caller witheld" number - is that you?

If you want my advice, I would do your UTMOST to keep Martin sweet and only sell through him. He can then sell to the trade and public alike and you then only have to make stuff and deal with one person, so you wouldn't be wasting time on t'internet or rushing off to the post office every day.

Well that shows what a donkey you are, as you'd get more improvement with decent geometry than removing a couple of kilos from the hubs .

i havent took it as a dig and i dont really give a shit about all the politics if your products where shit then i wouldnt be asking!! but mike has said they are good, martin uses you as does harvey thats good enough for me all the other BS is not my business

so could you just tell me please, if you do them for an escos, how much a pair are and what the weight saving are over standard?
