the problem isnt the syncro it self its the syncro thing that is together whit the gear thats has come lose fron the gear and broke.

you will be better off adding some pictures to show the damage

i knwo the bit you mean, its what the synco ring presses against to slow the gear down to match the hubs speed, then the hub slots over this to enagage the gear, these are usually spun welded to the gears themselves, should be a simple enough fix i think ?

i have ready about the problem,if i have understand you had a weld faillure on the external ring...the gearkit must be used like a syncro gearbox not like a dogbox,we no offense

Wasnt any problem whit your kit since it was on the first gear.
