  • Bara input shaft

I sent my gear box away as was making a bit of a noise in 3rd. Turns out it's a Bara box, and looks like I need a new input shaft and a couple of gears. Is it worth going for an uprated 1 or just sticking with the standard as I know there was some problems with these before??

The standard is good enough IMO.

Nordschleife, there's only two barriers to worry about - the ones on the left and the ones on the right .

Thanks, I thought that was the case. Just wanted to check while it's out. Don't fancy taking it out again any time soon. I sent where you suggested, turns 3,4,5 straight cut not 1 & 2.

Normally first is the OE gear, but I was sure that 2nd was normally straight cut on a Bara box .

2nd was straight cut like the rest on the bara box, or atleast was on mine.
