Well 7 days since i submitted the claim ford and gave ALL details as requested and guess what.........
Nobody has emailed, called or bothered to get in contact, don't you just love good customer service
I am even in touch with parcelforce now instead of parcel2go and complaining to there head of customer service, and have told them that on there own parcelforce tracking it says the parcel is held at customs due to incorrect paperwork! the parcel left here with all labels and the copies of commercial invoices attached as needed, but parcelforce are till saying they have no info but the parcel was scanned on the 12th june, yet they still cant find it or tell me what the f*ck is going on

The only ones I've not had problems with touch wood have been citylink and FedEx

You obviously pay for what you get
A booked fed ex to pick up a parcel the other week an they were at my door within half an hour I had just printed of the paperwork and hadn't even had a chance to wrap the item but the guy couldn't have been anymore helpful and waited will I wrapped it
LOL citylink failed to pick it up on Friday as well..
Just can't trust anyone or anything in this day and age
Just had a chat online with P2G with IMO a rude unsympathetic rep and learn a few things about how bad they are.. I never knew this.. but if they fail collect on the day, they don't come back for it the next day.. they don't follow anything up or even tell you whether the collection failed... you have to complain after 8:30pm and arrange for collection the following day or basically kiss good bye to your money
I was told collections aren't guaranteed and I should take the parcel to citylink depot if I have an issue..

I rang you 3 times to talk about costs and opening an account and not once did anyone ring me back

how long did it finally take for the claim to go through?
as above I used them few years ago seemed alright. then fucked up and i had to wait 4 weeks. which as you say they fob you off each day. ended up driving 50miles to collect it as i needed it..
