As above just been out with a digital thermometer. -3 where the Cosworth temp sensor is and it says -2 so near enough. But the frost on the roof is -8

Nothing that glamourous I'm afraid Frank, I work in the die shop of a forge on the lathes, borers etc 12 hour nights this week

I take it you had to call the fire brigade

A good tip if you ever have another, soak newspaper in water, wring it out and put it on the fire. The steam from the paper 9 time out of 10will extinguish a chimney fire before it gets out of hand.

Ah well, I remember the days when I did overnighters. I once slept in Phil Jone's workshop because he had John Joanides works GPA 4x4 in there for a week, We took it in turns to stay in the workshop and have it manned 24/7.

However, any one that comes to take an 80K car isn't going to stop because I tell them not too
