What do you guys do for the oil return to the sump , have a boss welded into the sump or is there something you can do with the drain plug maybe a banjo type connection .......Cheers Rashers

Bailey 3 port breathers advice oil return

as said this system is designed to use the blanking plug under the turbo the angled one NOT the straight one which is water!
it is better to run the drain to the sump I modded mine to do this

On the bailey you have two breather inlets at the top one goes to the blanking plug under the turbo the other one goes to where the kidney box was ,,,,,on the bottom of the breather there is two outlets a large one that vents to atmosphere and a smaller outlet which is the oil return where do you guys plumb this one to is it meant to go beneath the oil level in the sump if so do I need to weld a boss on my sump or is there another place to locate it cheers .......Rasherssigpic

the small drain goes to the blanking plug under the turbo
this isn't ideal as you really want the oil to drain back under the oil level but to do that you need to weld an adapter onto the bottom of the sump
