timing mark help auxillary shaft.

Hi all ive just rebuilt my engine and come to start it but im unsure tha auxillary timing is correct. I have aligned the rotar with the dot on the plastic dust cover and with the little line under that but does the cam on the dissy not run inline with the phase sensor as though you was checking the gap at tdc.
Hope this makes sense thanks in advance.

arrow straight togheter on cams, center of rotor on the line on housing on dissy, backside of tip on crankwheel align with arrow..

turn one of the points on axel and gap it... dont follow the timing points no..
