      My power is only 550ish but I had 10 studs as one of my corner threads was stripped and I didn't want a helicoil,

      Can't remember cost but it was a bit cheaper than 440,

        I had the same problem as Dave but i wasn't so lucky, paid for palleted service with them supplying pallet and this turns up

                  They don't come out, well they do but it was supposed to be strapped down on a pallet in a hardened box but instead they missed out the pallet and the rest i don't want to think about - was compensated for a new set of studs though

                        Load of bollocks they have o rings on and you have to put some sealer on them to

                          Only tell you what I was told , when I phone them I know the have a o ring , the said they bonded the in ? Joe who built says he bonds his in that's why I asked them

                            just to put the record straight, the studs where not bonded in, the confusion is that a small amount of loctite on the lower thread of the stud was applied ( this was for rally spec ,as if you had to take head off quick in a rally what you did not was the stud undoing instead of he nut ) the o ring was fitted to the stud and silicon sealant under the shoulder as a back up.

                            for road engines you are better going with arp lube on lower threads than loctite.
