          Stu, that's top work mate.

I hope you like the site and do participate in anything that takes your fancy, and one day become a vouched member or even trader on the site.

Frank aka sunnysidebandb knows all to well your pain and I'm sure will offer some helpful advice, to see you through this

The good thing is he realised his mistakes and went a bought one and has since become an owner. Out of interest, what floats your boat car wise?

haha its cool, you have your rules... i briefly met Mike @ Jims 21st so i`ll loiter around SCS and tap him up for a refernce in future..

            as for me??

jeez... i`ll get lynched if i admit it in here!!

*sigh*... i do have a soft spot for small french hatchbacks.. theres just something about the cheap kicks you can get out of them..

but in all honesty its more the taking of a std car (in any variant) and the process of improving/developing it and if needed restoring and preserving of it that i like...

Matts escos is damn sexual though!!! (not just saying that due to this site)

nowt compared to the rattlebox though!! hahaha

lol I like your style and I wish I had half the skills you had.

Matt's escort is very nice, I'm trying to think when I last saw it, must have been a couple of years ago now, might have even been when he first started the resto, I remember seeing the engine built up in the corner of the garage.
Get him to hurry up and finish it and get him to take you to some shows

                Cheers Ben
                Hi Stu and welcome

My advice is get to know as many people as you can. They will become good mates and can vouch for you then.
You have to remember, there is also risk for the person who vouches for you. Its more than just pride but can land a member in trouble if the person he/she vouches for causes trouble. So its a slow proces but eventually 3 people will come forward and vouch for you. Better still as Ben says Get an .lol

Thats some tidy work your doing there btw. What is your trade btw. Do you do the body shop stuff as a part time thing or is it your bread winner business

Ben- haha hes using it at present (but like all you boost boys is muttering about upping the BAR and getting a few more ponies hahahahaha) i intend to do a few shows this year (i recently became a dad so have to start teaching him) seeings as i know Jim/Matt and a few other ford boys (mostly 3 doors) i`ll be at a few blue oval bashes...

sunnyside- not really mate, i used to do fabrication for show trucks: (mostly stainless but also ally)

                  primarily exhausts:

but now work at a place just doing general stainless fabrication/machining..

the bodywork side of things was more self taught due to my love of old french tin (old french tin + english weather = ..... well, you dont need me to tell you!!!)
