Heatshield fitting over Gt30

Having a hard time fitting a standard heatshield over a gt30 turbo,just seems too high and my bonnet wont shut.
Anyone else had this and does it...

my engines is all singing and dancing for a tt38 and will probly do upto 470bhp on a tt38 if the boost was wound right up...
